Cupping Massage is a therapy in which cups are used through suction to lift and decompress tissue, promoting blood flow and stimulation to the lymphatic. This stimulation not only works to deliver a deep tissue massage, but it also helps with blood flow, inflammation, and pain. Cupping is excellent at increasing joint mobility, waking up the lymphatic system, thus helping to drain excess fluids and toxins, stimulating the nervous system, pulling fresh blood flow to stagnant muscles, and even loosens adhesions in muscle and myofascial tissue.

MOT treats the body as a whole. It uses a hands-on approach to investigate and treat dysfunctions of the body’s structures and systems. Detailed assessments allow the therapist to quickly narrow in on the root cause of symptoms. The treatments are individualized using a variety of modalities with the intention of bringing the body back into balance. These gentle modalities include: Osteoarticulations, Muscle Energy Techniques, Advanced Myofascial Remodeling, Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation.

Cranial sacral therapy (CST) is sometimes also referred to as craniosacral therapy. It’s a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column.

CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat a number of conditions.
