Please read these important notes prior to booking:

1. Before booking check with your extended health benefits for coverage. Check for both Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopathic coverage.

Note: Direct billing available for most providers. Energy sessions are not eligible for benefit coverage

2. New Patients: Please make sure to click “Intake Forms” in your patient profile to ensure all necessary forms have been completed before your appointment.

3. Cancellation/No Show Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation.

4. Distance sessions - All appointments are booked in Mountain Time. Payment is due 24 hours prior to appointment

Late cancellation and/or no show fees still apply in case of a missed appointment due to time zone difference

Therapeutic Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a hands-on therapeutic technique that optimizes health through treatment of the muscles and fascia. It also influences the nervous system and aids in flushing the fluid systems. Massage therapy can help relieve pain, reduce stress and speed recovery from injuries.

Many insurances will not allow direct billing for MOT. However, most plans will allow manual submission.

Tasha began her Health Practitioner journey in 2010. She received her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy through M.H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2200hr program. In 2015 she trained in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. Tasha has since furthered her healing education, receiving her Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy, through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada’s 1180 HR program this past February 2020.

Tasha has a passion and intuition for helping people feel better and helping them to heal themselves. Her training brings an innate understanding of the body and how to effect positive changes across multiple layers. She looks forward to being part of your healing journey.
